By accessing or using MND Systems' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, clients, and candidates who access or use our platform.
MND Systems provides AI-powered recruitment services including resume analysis, candidate screening, AI voice interviews, candidate scoring, and recruitment process management. Services are provided on a subscription or per-engagement basis as agreed in your service contract.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of information you provide, and complying with all applicable laws regarding employment and data protection. You agree not to misuse the platform or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Our AI-generated candidate assessments, scores, and recommendations are designed to assist human decision-making, not replace it. Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the client. MND Systems does not guarantee specific hiring outcomes.
All technology, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and platform features are the intellectual property of MND Systems. Clients retain ownership of their job descriptions, company data, and hiring decisions. Candidate data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
MND Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with all your data in a portable format and permanently delete it from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
